We've made several important improvements to make your chatting experience better and safer.

• Added confirmation for Stop and New Match
• Improved mobile layout and chat bubbles
• You'll now see system messages if a chat ends or a partner disconnects
• Fixed bugs that caused chat issues or interruptions

We've recently added some exciting features to enhance your chatting experience:

• Reactions: Long-press or right-click on messages to add reactions
• Reply: Click the reply button to respond to specific messages
• Typing Indicator: See when your partner is typing
• Chat Timer: View how long your conversations last

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

• Respect all users regardless of their background, beliefs, or opinions
• Do not share personal information that could identify you or others
• Avoid spamming, trolling, or disruptive behavior
• Report any inappropriate behavior or content
• Remember that this is a space for BU students to connect respectfully

Getting started is easy:

• Click "Start Chatting" to begin searching for a partner
• Wait for the system to match you with another student
• Once connected, introduce yourself and say BU(CAMPUS) if you're from Bicol University
• Have a respectful conversation
• Use "New Match" to find a different partner or "Stop" to end the session

Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. Please remember to:

• Stay anonymous - Do not share your real name, student ID, password, or personal accounts
• Be respectful - No harassment, threats, spam, or inappropriate content
• Report issues - If a conversation feels off, use the "Stop" button immediately
• Follow guidelines - Respect community standards and university policies
